- Did you know that moderate physical activity can reduce the risk of developing aggressive prostate cancer -- by more than 85%? The activity included either: one hour of walking per week (at normal walking speed), or 60 minutes of jogging spread out through the week, or the equivalent of a total one hour a week spent walking up stairs. (Antonelli, J.A., et al., Journal of Urology, 2009).
